Job Summary
Execute and maintain test procedures and test cases for new and existing F-15 Mission Planning systems. Perform testing in accordance with approved plans, report and manage defects, and conduct regression tests on software fixes. Document, troubleshoot, and follow up on issues found during testing while actively collaborating with the team to improve processes and tools. Assist development by replicating and debugging problems and participate in requirements and functional specifications reviews to verify reflected test specifications.
Required Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge of testing principles
- Basic programming skills
- Strong aptitude for analytical problem-solving
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
- 5+ years of related work experience
- 9+ years of directly related work experience
- 13+ years of related, relevant experience
- 1+ year(s) of experience with software debugging, integration, test and documentation
- Experience with test or system integration
- Experience with software configuration management tools such as Team Foundation Server/Azure DevOps
- Experience writing and analyzing test procedures and software requirements
- Automated test experience
- Understanding of Mission Planning Software usage
- Experience with OFP (Operational Flight Program) SIL (System Integration Lab) testing
