Job Summary
Develop and maintain code across the full technology stack while debugging issues and implementing solutions to complex problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features, participate in code reviews, and provide constructive feedback. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while learning new technologies and applying them to current projects. Assist in troubleshooting production issues and navigate when to use GenAI tools versus relying on your own coding skills. This hybrid role requires on-site presence at the Norcross HQ twice per week. You must be fluent in Spanish and hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.

- Experience with one or more programming languages from our tech stack (C#, JavaScript, Python)
- Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS)
- Basic understanding of database concepts (SQL Server or MySQL)
- Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaborate effectively with a team
- Understanding of when to utilize GenAI tools appropriately and when to code without assistance
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing priorities
- Must be fluent in Spanish
Desired Qualifications
- Project experience with one or more technologies in our stack (C#, JS, NodeJS, Python, HTML/CSS)
- Experience with git
- Knowledge of responsive design principles
- Experience with AWS or cloud services
- Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices architecture
