Job Summary
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electronic slot machine malfunctions, replacing parts and circuit boards while fabricating standard components. Perform inspection, installation, and removal of slot machines, maintaining the player-tracking system and EZ Pay equipment. Complete regulatory and company operational logs accurately and adhere to all departmental policies regarding guest service standards. Maintain strict confidentiality in all company matters and resolve guest and staff issues diplomatically. Requires a valid gaming license, age 21 or older, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Starting at $20.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Applicant must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license
- General understanding of Computers
- Must have strong problem-solving, analytical, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- must be fluent and literate in English
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with guests and team members at all levels of the organization
- Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff, and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner
- Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications
