Job Summary
Entry-Level Skilled Trades Recruiter responsible for identifying, attracting, and placing skilled trades professionals. Lead sourcing across job boards, social networks, referrals, and professional networks; screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit; manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer, ensuring a smooth candidate experience. Write compelling job descriptions and advertisements, post openings on relevant platforms, monitor posting performance, and adjust strategies to maximize applicant flow. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and guide candidate selection; present qualified candidates to clients and facilitate interviews. Required Qualifications
- Experience in recruiting or HR is helpful
- Strong knowledge of skilled trades professions is helpful but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel)
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
- Sourcing through job boards, social media, networks, and referrals
- Screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates
