Job Summary
Skilled Trades Recruiter responsible for identifying, attracting, and placing qualified trades professionals using channels like job boards, social networks, and referrals. Develop a robust talent pipeline, screen and interview candidates, manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer, write compelling job descriptions, post openings, monitor performance of postings, conduct skills testing and reference checks, and collaborate with hiring managers to meet client needs. Must communicate effectively, build rapport with candidates and clients, and maintain organized project management. Start in-office with potential for fully remote work and uncapped bonus/commission opportunities; benefits include 401k. Location primarily Phoenix, AZ with consideration for remote candidates based on experience.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in recruiting, human resources, inside sales, outbound sales or customer service is helpful
