Job Summary
Complete assigned training programs, evaluations, and e-learning within designated timeframes. Perform preventative maintenance services, including oil changes, lubrication, filter replacement, tire repair, and minor trailer maintenance. Conduct CSA inspections, emergency road service calls, and basic electrical or air system repairs. Maintain shop cleanliness, organize parts and tools, and accurately complete work orders. Uphold company safety policies, OSHA requirements, and DOT medical card standards while providing professional customer service. Reports to work as scheduled with availability for weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications

- Valid driver's license
- Ability to be insured to drive company vehicles

- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Demonstrated commitment to friendly, courteous, and prompt customer service
- Ability and willingness to work cooperatively with team members
- Willingness to learn and develop technical skills
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, kneel, crouch, climb, and perform repetitive motions throughout the workday
- Ability to work in shop and roadside environments under varying conditions
- Physical attendance at the primary work location
Desired Qualifications
- ASE, DOT, and other relevant certifications
- Successful completion of internal technician training programs
