Job Summary
Entry Level Service Technician at Hiley Automotive Group. Responsibilities include documenting and performing work per repair order following dealership and factory standards; performing oil changes and replacing filters; inspecting and replenishing fluids; checking tire pressure; coordinating with parts; maintaining a clean shop; handling tools and equipment safely; test-driving vehicles and components with diagnostic tools; diagnosing and repairing automotive systems (engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, A/C); communicating with the Service Advisor about additional services and providing time estimates; executing repairs under warranty per manufacturer specifications. Qualifications emphasize eagerness to learn, entry-level repair knowledge, teamwork, strong communication, customer service, basic computer skills, and a valid driver's license. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Eagerness to improve
- Entry-level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair preferred
