Job Summary
Entry Level Service Technician at Creative Colors International. Responsibilities include showing samples of repairs and explaining quality of restoration, inspecting areas for improvement, improving appearance of leather and vinyl, preparing invoices, and solving customer dilemmas. Requires strong customer service, ability to multitask and stay organized, attention to detail, honesty, and self-motivation. Training program includes 6-week apprentice training, followed by CCІ-certified technical training in Mokena, IL, with a transition to a commission-based structure and potential for unlimited income. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and be able to work mostly Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., with additional hours as needed; drug test, background check, and driving record check are required.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess high school diploma or equivalent
- No experience necessary, artistic background helpful and past experience in customer service industry preferred
- Must pass drug test, background check and driving record check
- A valid driver’s license
