Job Summary
As an Entry Level Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing superior customer service in the repair of leather, vinyl, velour, and plastic surfaces. Key tasks include showing samples of repairs, inspecting areas for improvement, preparing invoices, and solving customer dilemmas. The role requires the ability to work independently, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a valid driver’s license. Although no prior experience is necessary, a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
