Job Summary
Welcome customers, assist with service appointments, and help them understand recommended maintenance. Keep clients updated during their visit and coordinate with technicians throughout the repair process. Review repair orders for accuracy and maintain accurate customer and vehicle information. This full-time role includes paid, hands-on training and offers hourly pay plus commission based on CSI performance. You'll work in a high-volume Toyota service department with opportunities to advance into other service department roles.
