Job Summary
Entry-level Service Advisor greets customers in the showroom, engages with them at the register, and offers tire and basic auto repair services as a brand ambassador. Serves as the front-line point of contact to connect customer needs with technicians, becomes an expert on tire products and services (tires, oil changes, and routine maintenance), builds relationships by communicating status and scheduling needs, and helps ensure a stress-free car care experience. Thrives in a commissioned sales environment with a base pay, supports showroom organization, and contributes to a professional, values-driven team.
Required Qualifications
- Entry-level position; however, experience is desired and will be compensated accordingly.
- A professional personal appearance.
- Ability to learn our internal software applications.
- Have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
