Job Summary
Monitor premises, control access, and patrol various locations to maintain a safe environment. Enforce regulations for personnel and visitors, resolve conflicts, and de-escalate tense situations. Identify safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity, then report them immediately. Complete assigned rounds, conduct property tours, and utilize technology devices throughout the shift. Provide customer service and information to employees and guests while ensuring all post orders are followed. Respond to emergencies with rapid judgment and appropriate escalation. This role requires a high school diploma, driver certification, and the ability to work independently in a full-time swing shift position.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Above average computer / technology skills
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations
- Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift
- Must have a professional demeanor
- Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation
- All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation
- Driver Certification
