Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative at Spectrum drives growth by acquiring new residential customers through face-to-face interactions, conducting needs analyses, presenting tailored proposals, completing sales documentation, and meeting monthly targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline, and video services; requires outdoor outdoor work, a valid driver's license, and ability to travel to territories, with base pay plus incentives and potential total compensation over $100,000 annually; bilingual English/Spanish communication skills and strong interpersonal, listener, and persuasive abilities are needed; includes commission earnings and opportunities for career growth across Spectrum Internet, TV, Mobile and Voice offerings.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
- Ability to travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities
- A valid driver’s license, car insurance, and use of a reliable personal vehicle
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends, and as business needs dictate
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Experience in sales or customer-facing roles preferred (2+ years referenced as preferred)
- Familiarity with computer operating systems and software applications
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand multiple languages (English and Spanish)
