Job Summary
Engage with new and existing customers to identify home remodeling needs and present Victory's products and services as a frontline expert. Resolve customer questions and concerns with speed, acting as the brand ambassador and company spokesperson for all interactions. Collaborate with team members and other departments while building connections and crushing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual goals. Continue studying industry best practices and trends throughout the role. This full-time, 8-hour position offers a base salary plus commission, with 90% of senior leadership starting in this role.
