Job Summary
Conduct outside sales by visiting storefronts, offices, and industrial parks to engage business owners and deliver informative presentations to employee groups. Provide ongoing support by answering coverage questions and guiding clients through claims while leveraging Salesforce CRM to log interactions and manage the pipeline. Prospect new business through cold-calls and follow-ups, then report weekly activity metrics during team huddles. Work flexible hours aligned with local business schedules, with full training provided and a guaranteed base pay plus commission structure.
Required Qualifications
- Health & Life general lines license
- willingness to obtain Health & Life general lines license within 90 days
- commitment to obtaining Health & Life general lines license within three months
- bachelor's degree
- at least four years in a customer-facing environment
- experience in retail
- experience in hospitality
- experience in another sales role
- comfortable learning new software
- comfortable with Salesforce
- comfortable with other digital tools
- coachable
- thrives in a self-directed environment
