Job Summary
Conduct door-to-door canvassing in residential neighborhoods to generate leads and schedule in-home consultations for Sales Experts. Manage leads, appointments, and daily results to stay on pace while tracking performance metrics. Educate prospects on solar benefits, including cost savings and energy independence, during initial interactions. Attend weekly team meetings to refine skills and elevate sales performance. Work a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends, with autonomy after the initial training period.
