Job Summary
Conduct face-to-face sales in residential neighborhoods by speaking directly with homeowners to explain free roof inspection services and schedule appointments for the in-home sales team. Work outdoors on your feet within assigned areas, maintaining a professional appearance and utilizing a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for daily travel to and from the office. Operate Monday through Saturday between 9am and 7pm with no overnight travel, earning hourly pay plus commission and performance bonuses. This entry-level role provides structured training and coaching for individuals seeking a foundation in sales and leadership within a Top 2% Master Elite roofing firm.
