Entry Level Sales Representative role focused on roofing sales growth through neighborhood canvassing, roof inspections, and guiding homeowners through insurance claims. Must educate homeowners about roof/exterior damage, build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads via canvassing and follow-ups, and participate in a growth-focused culture with leadership development. Compensation includes a $2,000 sign-on bonus (based on metrics), typical earnings of $80,000–$200,000+, paid weekly, and performance bonuses including a bi-annual 30% production bonus, plus participation in the RISE Leadership Program. Requires a reliable vehicle, comfort with canvassing, strong communication, ability to be on your feet for extended periods, and availability Monday–Friday with high-earning weekends.
