Set shifts from 1pm–9pm, M-F, with outdoor work and ability to stand/walk for extended periods; training provided for those new to sales. Includes base hourly pay plus uncapped bonuses, plus benefits and PTO from day one; expected first-year earnings commonly in the $55k–$75k range, with top performers earning $85k+.
