Job Summary
Cover assigned territories daily by conducting door-to-door home inspections to identify homeowner challenges and educate prospects on Leaf Home Water Solutions benefits. Utilize a consultative selling approach to gather information for the sales team to schedule in-person product demonstrations and generate leads for the outside sales team. Report daily results to field management while maintaining a collaborative relationship with other representatives. Work outdoors daily in various weather conditions, requiring extended periods of walking and standing, with local travel and potential evening or weekend availability.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's license
- a reliable personal vehicle
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly motivated to sell with a self-driven desire to meet and exceed goals
- Customer focused and results oriented
- Professional demeanor and attire
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
- Must be able to work outdoors daily with exposure to the elements including inclement weather
- Extended periods of walking / standing
- Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body
