Job Summary
Connect with homeowners and introduce Home Genius products and services while generating leads and building customer relationships. Deliver engaging sales presentations in the field and represent the Home Genius brand. Participate in ongoing training and development to support fast-track advancement to Team Lead within 1–3 months. This full-time, 8-hour shift position runs Monday through Friday with weekend availability as needed. Ongoing sales and leadership training, quarterly events, and incentive trips are included.
