Job Summary
Entry Level Sales Representative responsible for outbound (warm leads) and inbound calls to enroll clients in Medicare Advantage/Supplemental plans. Role includes presenting services, building client rapport, creating/updating CRM profiles, assisting with scheduling/live transfers to licensed agents during training, using sales tactics to meet/exceed targets, and staying informed on Medicare products. Requires bilingual Spanish, Associates degree, strong communication, tech-savviness, and a willingness to become a licensed sales agent; base hourly pay plus monthly bonuses with comprehensive benefits at an office in Brentwood, TN.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree in Business or related field
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Excellent phone presence and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Tech-savvy and capable of managing multiple tasks

- Strong interest in the insurance industry
