Job Summary
Secure residential and commercial pest control sales through door-to-door outreach, list calling, and creative programs. Inspect properties accurately before submitting proposals, price services per company schedules, and address customer complaints per policy. Assist with recruiting new sales representatives, maintain sales equipment and vehicle, and comply with all district policies. Work schedules vary by seasonality and include evenings and Saturdays. Starting pay is $22/hour with competitive base plus commission potential up to $80,000. A company vehicle, gas card, and full benefits package are provided.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License
- An acceptable Drug Test, Criminal Background check and Driving Record
