Job Summary
Represent the Renuity brand at local retail stores and community events while engaging customers face-to-face to promote home improvement solutions. Schedule appointments for design and installation experts and help homeowners initiate projects for windows, doors, and bathroom renovations. Receive ongoing coaching to develop sales and communication skills as you work toward uncapped commission and bonus incentives. Availability includes weekends and weekday flexibility with local travel required for regional activations.
Required Qualifications
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday), plus some weekday flexibility
- Reliable transportation for travel to events within the region
- Weekend availability required (Saturday/Sunday), with additional weekday opportunities
- Local travel required for events and retail activations
Desired Qualifications
