Job Summary
Represent the brand at home shows, retail locations, and community expos by engaging potential customers, sparking conversations, and generating high-quality leads. Help set up and run events while working closely with sales and marketing teams to hit goals and drive results. Track performance, celebrate wins, and learn proven sales techniques that prepare you for a future in outside sales. This part-time role offers hourly pay starting around $17.50 plus uncapped commissions, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or events as needed. Hands-on training and mentorship from experienced sales leaders are provided to help you build confidence and sharpen communication skills.
