Job Summary
Entry-level opportunity within Year Up United's Customer Experience training pathway, combining technical and professional training in Banking or Customer Success with internships and job placement support through YUPRO Placement. Internship may be at JPMorganChase or Bank of America in the Dallas/Fort Worth area; during the internship phase students earn a weekly educational stipend of $525. Career paths include Financial advisory, Sales specialist, Product Support, Sales operations and analytics, and Patient Services. The program emphasizes relationship-building, an entrepreneurial mindset, and development of finance and business skills with ongoing coaching and mentorship.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Available Monday-Friday throughout the duration of the program
- Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills
- Have not obtained a Bachelor's degree
