Job Summary
Achieve annual sales and profit objectives for a defined territory by obtaining new business and exceeding the annual sales budget. Present personalized sales demonstrations to physicians, laboratory staff, and clinics to highlight MDL's technical features and services. Establish long-term client relations through scheduled calls and maintain a full business pipeline while managing all territory activities. Provide timely reporting on pipeline and account plans, working closely with the Regional Manager to align territory development with company goals. Monitor competitor presence within the assigned region. Requires excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and ability to travel frequently by motor vehicle.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must demonstrate sound judgment and decision-making ability
- Computer proficiency in MS Office, Excel, e-mail and internet functions
- Must be able to travel within the coverage area and occasionally nationwide
- Ability to drive motor vehicle

- 1 to 3 years of experience
- A bachelor's degree
- Two years sales experience
