Job Summary
Entry-Level Sales Executive role in Memphis, TN for MDL (Medical Diagnostic Laboratories). Responsible for maintaining and growing a hospital/physician client base within an assigned territory; achieve annual sales and profit objectives; obtain new business, present test information, upsell, and identify new revenue sources. Develop and present personalized sales presentations to professional audiences (physicians, laboratory staff, clinics, group practices) to demonstrate MDL's PCR-based testing capabilities and services. Build and maintain a full sales pipeline, conduct calls with clients, and coordinate with Regional Manager to align territory strategy with company objectives. Maintain knowledge of competitors and market presence; provide timely reporting of pipeline and account plans; travel within coverage area and occasionally nationwide. Requires ability to travel, familiarity with MS Office, and strong communication skills. Education: bachelor's degree or two years of sales experience or equivalent combination preferred; 1–3 years experience preferred but not required.
