Job Summary
Achieve annual sales and profit objectives for a defined territory by obtaining new business, up-selling existing clients, and exceeding the annual territory sales budget. Develop personalized sales presentations for physicians, laboratory staff, and group practices to demonstrate MDL's technical features and services. Establish long-term client relations through scheduled calls and maintain a full business pipeline while managing all territory activities in an assigned geographic region. Provide timely reporting on pipeline and account plans, working closely with the Regional Manager to align territory development with company objectives. Monitor competitor presence within the territory. Requires 1 to 3 years of sales experience, a bachelor's degree, or similar combination; involves frequent travel by motor vehicle. Competitive salary up to $50,000 with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
