Entry Level Sales Executive - Fort Worth, TX

As an Entry-Level Sales Executive for MDL in Fort Worth, TX, you will be responsible for growing and maintaining a client base of hospital and physician customers across a defined territory, achieving annual sales and profit objectives, and expanding the pipeline by presenting MDL’s PCR-based testing services. You’ll develop and deliver personalized sales presentations to physicians, laboratory staff, clinics, and group practices, demonstrate how MDL’s technical features and services benefit patient care, establish long-term client relationships through scheduled calls, and collaborate with the Regional Manager to align territory development with company objectives. You will maintain knowledge of competitors and market presence, provide timely reporting on pipeline and account plans, and be willing to travel within the coverage area and occasionally nationwide. Strong English communication is required, with Spanish proficiency preferred, and proficiency in MS Office tools is expected. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience is preferred, and the role anticipates 1–3 years of experience being favorable but not strictly required.
