Entry Level Sales (Base Pay + Benefits)

Engage with homeowners face-to-face in designated neighborhoods to discuss exterior needs including roofing, windows, siding, and doors. Educate clients on the benefits of free, no-obligation inspections and quotes to improve home value and protection. Develop communication and sales skills through hands-on training while competing in team challenges to earn uncapped commissions. Earn a base salary ranging from $70K to $140K+ with full benefits including 401(k) matching, health, dental, vision, PTO, and paid holidays.
