Job Summary
Conduct foundational sales training and coaching in consultative selling, presentations, and public speaking while developing team leadership and technical selling skills. Work directly with the sales team to learn organizational fundamentals, develop a clear understanding of Independence Village and StoryPoint brands, and successfully connect with prospective residents. Perform in-home visits and utilize call center systems to demonstrate appropriate urgency and professional communication. Build strong relationships with seniors and their families while maintaining a continuous commitment to personal development. Occasionally travel to different locations to support community outreach efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 1 - 2 years working experience
