Job Summary
Connect with homeowners to introduce Home Genius products and services, generate leads, and build customer relationships through engaging field presentations. Deliver sales training and development while representing the brand in the field. This full-time, 8-hour Monday through Friday position includes weekend availability as needed for this field-based role. On-target earnings range from $65,000 to $90,000 annually with hourly pay plus bonuses. Candidates must hold a valid driver's license, be at least 18 years old, and demonstrate strong communication skills and confidence speaking with new people.
