Entry-Level RV Technician

Job Summary
Conduct diagnostics and repairs on travel trailers, fifth wheels, and motorhomes alongside experienced technicians. Perform prep work, component replacement, accessory installs, and basic repairs under supervision while learning RV systems including electrical, plumbing, appliances, slide-outs, roofs, flooring, and carpentry. Document your work through our paperless system and maintain a clean, organized bay and work area. Attend paid factory and in-house training to work toward RVTI or manufacturer certification, taking on more complex tasks as skills grow. This entry-level trainee role offers a clear path to becoming a certified RV Technician with year-round steady work and raises as you gain skills.
Required Qualifications
- Reliability — showing up on time, ready to work
- Ability to follow instructions and take direction from senior techs
- Comfortable using basic hand and power tools, or eager to learn
- Able to handle physical work — lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
Desired Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude or hands-on experience in any trade (automotive, construction, maintenance, plumbing, electrical, HVAC) is a plus, but not required
