Job Summary
Retail Sales Representatives engage customers face-to-face in big-box stores and events to promote products, generate interest, and set up free in-home consultations for home renovation services. You will represent the brand with confidence and professionalism, initiate conversations, assist customers in scheduling appointments, and collaborate with a high-performing team to meet daily and weekly goals. The role emphasizes entry-level training, weekend availability, independent work ethic, and strong customer-service skills within a fast-paced retail environment.
