Job Summary
Entry-Level Restoration Technician needed to respond to water, fire, mold, storm, and other property damage emergencies. Role involves water extraction, demolition, cleanup, debris removal, setting up and monitoring drying equipment (air movers and dehumidifiers), assisting with mold remediation and fire damage cleanup, packing and protecting customer belongings, maintaining organized job sites, following safety procedures, documenting work with company software, providing professional customer service, and participating in on-call emergency rotations. Training provided; no restoration experience required. Opportunities for advancement into leadership roles with paid training and certifications.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
- Comfortable working in various indoor and outdoor environments
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be dependable, punctual, and customer-focused
