Job Summary
Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction procedures for individuals with Autism and intellectual disabilities by following established treatment plans. Collect behavior data, document interventions, and review progress reports with supervisors to strategize program improvements. Provide habilitation, training, and community living support while monitoring client health and reporting changes. Establish therapeutic relationships with clients and families, including transportation for activities as directed. Complete BAYADA RBT Academy training and maintain a 1-year commitment.
Required Qualifications
- 1yr of experience working with children with developmental/ intellectual disabilities
- High School Diploma/GED
- Be at least 18yrs old
- CPR/FA Certification
- Reliable transportation
- 1yr of Commitment to work with BAYADA as an RBT once Certified
