Job Summary
Identify qualified candidates through sourcing tools, screen and interview applicants, and partner with Account Managers to define target skill sets and market segments. Build relationships with industry contacts to generate referrals and sales leads while performing customer service activities. Support community engagement through volunteering and philanthropic partnerships. Complete an initial hourly training period before earning a base salary of $45,000, which increases to $55,000 after one year with unlimited commission potential.
Desired Qualifications
