Job Summary
Meet with hiring managers to understand needs, source qualified professionals through various tools, and screen potential consultants via interviews and reference checks. Communicate work opportunities and prepare consultants for new roles while coaching them for interviews and checking in on their first day. Maintain a network of consultants aligned with top industry-specific skill sets and build trusted relationships to help them advance their careers. You will complete a comprehensive, structured training program including role plays and job shadows. Initial base salary is $45,000, increasing to $55,000 after one year, with unlimited commission potential and performance-based incentives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in customer service, leadership, or sales a plus
- Experience collaborating in a team-oriented environment
- Interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Desire to work in a performance-based environment
