Entry Level Quality Assurance Associate - CRM

Job Summary
Quality Assurance Associate to plan, execute, and oversee testing of our CRM, email campaigns, and ecommerce web application across multiple environments. You’ll define test strategies, perform functional/regression/integration/exploratory testing, validate cross-browser and cross-language email rendering, ensure data integrity between CRM and campaign tools, create and maintain test cases, participate in bug triage, and collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to uphold QA standards in an Agile environment. The role emphasizes hands-on testing, automation collaboration, and ensuring production readiness, with a Canada-based, remote-friendly setup.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Computer Science or equivalent knowledge/experience
- Minimum 1+ years in testing ecommerce applications or CRM
- Working experience using defect tracking systems (JIRA)
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent communication skills with ability to write detailed bug reports and explain technical problems
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
- Collaborative with multiple teams and capable of working independently
- Rigorous in documenting work and attention to detail with a passion for shipping high-quality software
