Job Summary
Manage production projects from new concept engineering support through full rate production phases, independently developing and maintaining integrated plans and schedules. Perform studies, analysis, and risk assessments to determine impacts and constraints involving product development and process improvement. Create schedules, reports, and metrics while communicating updates throughout the project lifecycle. Direct all phases of projects or subsystems from inception to completion, acting as the primary contact to establish stakeholder requirements and objectives. Assist customers in developing performance recovery plans and ensure project control systems support ongoing stakeholder support. Requires 1+ years of project management or scheduling experience, a Bachelor's degree, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. U.S. Security Clearance post-start is required.
Required Qualifications
- Experience Project Management or Project Scheduling
- Experience communicating and collaborating directly with internal or external customers, peers, other employees, and all levels of leadership
- 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- This role will require someone who is able to travel domestically up to 10% of the time
- This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship
- An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required
- To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a 'U.S. Person' as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required
Desired Qualifications
