Job Summary
Entry-level programming opportunity within Year Up United training program, which combines technical and professional training with access to internships and job-placement support through YUPRO Placement. Participants may intern at organizations such as Exelon, Bank of America, United Airlines, or Northwestern University in the Chicago area; stipend during internship is $525 per week. Training covers IT Support, Data Analytics, Application Development, Network Security & Support, Project Management, Banking, Customer Success, and Business Operations, along with professional development like resume building, interviewing and networking skills, and ongoing guidance. Emphasis on launching a professional career with strong employment outcomes post-graduation.
Required Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED
- eligible to work in the U.S.
- available Monday-Friday throughout the duration of the program
- highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills
- have not obtained a Bachelor's degree
