Job Summary
Production Worker performs light manufacturing tasks including screen printing, digital printing, assembly and packaging. Works 6:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m., Monday–Friday, in a team environment. Reports to the Production Management team. Requires a self-starter capable of managing time and tasks. Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team, maintain accuracy and detail, and prioritize workload. Role involves physical work and standing; occasional heavier lifting may be required. Company emphasizes team morale, safety, and collaboration.
