Entry Level Production Technician - Starlink

Entry Level Production Technician for Starlink focusing on assembling electrical and mechanical satellite components. Responsibilities include building electrical and mechanical sub-assemblies, assembling PCB assemblies into product chassis, building battery modules, solar modules, and solar arrays, conducting wire harnessing, soldering and de-soldering, supporting conformal coating and epoxy application, and performing functional testing of built hardware. The role involves operating complex automated equipment, troubleshooting, and maintenance; supporting prototype test capabilities for spacecraft components and life tests; assisting in identifying and installing test equipment, instrumentation, and data acquisition systems; and performing test setups across thermal, shock, thermal vacuum, and vibration regimes. Basic qualifications require a high school degree or equivalency and 1+ years of hands-on experience, with preferred experience in electro-mechanical/manufacturing environments, ability to read engineering drawings and procedures, PC proficiency, and strong communication skills. Additional requirements include willingness to work all shifts, overtime and weekends, physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs, and ITAR considerations.
