Job Summary
Part-time phlebotomist at BioLife/Takeda center in Dubuque focusing on plasma collection and donor interactions. Responsibilities include donor screening, phlebotomy, recording donor vital signs and finger sticks, using the Donor Information System, preparing donor charts and coordinating donor compensation, and identifying opportunities to improve center processes. Must be able to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Requires high school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years in a customer- or patient-facing role is helpful. Compensation starts at $16.00 per hour, with actual wages determined by local wage requirements. The role reports to the Plasma Center Manager and emphasizes reliability and customer service in a fast-paced, healthcare environment.
