Job Summary
Phlebotomy and donor-screening role at BioLife with Takeda: perform phlebotomy and screen donors to support plasma center operations, greet donors, and ensure donor safety; record donor vital signs, finger stick results, and maintain donor charts using the Donor Information System; coordinate donor compensation and help identify opportunities for center process improvements; report to the Plasma Center Manager and work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays to support patient-focused care.
