Job Summary
Travel to customer locations or assigned sites to repair minor dents and dings using Dent Wizard's proprietary PDR process on various vehicles. Review completed work with clients, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals while building strong relationships and promoting services. Requires a valid driver's license, manual dexterity, and physical stamina for outdoor work in various conditions. No experience necessary; comprehensive paid training includes 8 weeks of hands-on and classroom instruction with travel and lodging. Starting compensation is $21.00/hour, transitioning to a phased combo of hourly rate and uncapped commission.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently
- Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks
- Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license
- Good driving record
- Ability to undergo post-offer, pre-employment screening including physical examination, vision assessment, background check, and drug screening
