Job Summary
As a SPARTA Appointment Setter in Ogden, you’re the first friendly face introducing homeowners to solar. You’ll walk local neighborhoods to engage homeowners, build rapport, educate on grid challenges and rising energy costs, and schedule qualified appointments for Solar Consultants. No sales experience required (training provided). Must be able to walk several miles daily and be available evenings and Saturdays. Requires a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Fast-track promotions and bonuses are available based on performance.
