Entry Level Outside Sales Representative

Entry Level Outside Sales Representative responsible for partnering with small businesses to provide digital marketing solutions (websites, SEO, social ads, and more), prospecting and cold-calling within the Racine, WI territory, and conducting virtual and in-person presentations. Build long-term client relationships to earn residual income through retention. Completes a structured training pathway (3 weeks classroom, 9 weeks field coaching) and operates in a hybrid environment with a mix of remote work and in-field client visits. Compensation includes a base salary with uncapped commissions and an annual on-target earnings range of $90,000–$110,000; benefits and opportunities for career growth are provided.
