Job Summary
Entry-level Outside Sales Representative needed to drive Fiber internet service adoption in Wooster region. You’ll engage homeowners through door-to-door outreach and in-home consultations, communicate the value of Omni Fiber's internet, voice, and TV services, own your assigned territory (Wooster, New Philadelphia, Dover, Strasburg and surrounding areas), and work toward meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals. Comprehensive training provided; role emphasizes face-to-face customer interactions, professionalism, and energy in representing the company. Schedule typically Mon–Fri 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM; travel within territory is reimbursed at IRS rates. Omni Fiber is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving record
- Minimum state-required auto insurance
- Ability to work independently
- Positive and outgoing demeanor
- Comfort with door-to-door engagement and in-home sales presentations
- Familiarity with mobile devices (e.g., iPads, smartphones)
- Personal vehicle required (reimbursement after travel within territory at IRS rate)
